How do I book with Scene Setters?
Simply click “Book Now” on our website to get started. This will take you to our Contact page, where you’ll fill out a quick form.
What happens after I fill out the form?
Once we receive your info, we’ll send you a Google Forum to better understand your vision, theme, and any add-ons you’re interested in.
Will I get more details before booking?
Yes! Along with the questionnaire, we’ll send a PDF that explains our process, available themes, and add-ons so you know exactly what to expect.
When is my booking confirmed?
After you complete the questionnaire, we’ll send over a personalized contract. Your booking is officially secured once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid. 🎉
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due at the start of your setup. 💕 We currently accept cash or Zelle.
